Where is Thorpe Park?

Thorpe Park Resort is just 20 miles from Central London, with plenty of transport links between Junctions 11 and 13 of the M25.

Using GPS

Some Sat Navs aren’t so savvy and may lead you to Norlands Lane so keep a lookout for the big coaster track over our main entrance on Staines Road.

Car parking

All directions on where to Resort when you arrive will be clearly signposted on the day of your visit.

Car parking will be free for those participating in the event until 1pm on your chosen event day. After 1pm you will need to pay for parking.

By Train

Regular South Western Trains run from Waterloo direct to Staines, which is the recommended railway station for travelling to Thorpe Park Resort.

You can see Staines Railway station on Google maps here, and zoom out to see where it is in relation to us.

Approximately 5 trains run per hour to and from London Waterloo, with a journey time of between 30 to 50 minutes. Staines can also be reached directly via other mainline stations:

  • Reading: Trains run approximately every 30 minutes with a journey time of 46 minutes, and a less frequent service running on Sundays.
  • Weybridge: Trains run approximately every 30 minutes with a journey time of 29 minutes, and a less frequent service running on Sundays with 1 train every hour.
  • Windsor & Eton Riverside: Trains run approximately every 30 minutes with a journey time of 14 minutes.

Please note: Oyster cards, contactless payment cards and Freedom Passes are not valid for travel to Staines on South Western Railway services. Please make sure you have a valid train ticket for your entire journey.
